Cozy and quaint cafe with excellent service and delicious food! Here's what I got: Build your own omelet - onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, feta. You can never go wrong with an omelet and the breakfast potatoes were perfectly seasoned with onions and bell peppers! Strawberry Nutella Pancakes - surprisingly not too sweet! Perfectly balanced. French Toast - made with Frosted Flakes cereal for added crispy deliciousness! Stash English Breakfast tea Large variety of Stash teas (my fav!) Free street parking and a large free lot in the back!

We stopped by V Boulevard Cafe in Glendale for brunch and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the build-your-own omelette and chicken pesto panini. For BYO omelette, I got sausage, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese--it was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of each ingredient. The chicken pesto panini was flavorful and had a great balance of tender chicken and fresh pesto. I paired it with an iced coffee, which was refreshing and strong. The service was great. We were seated right away. The cafe itself has a cozy vibe, and I loved the option of both indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, the free parking is a huge plus. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
Excellent service and incredible food! This is our second day in a row coming here. We ordered the eggs Benedict and dirty chai. The eggs melted in our mouths and the chai was perfectly sweet and creamy. Thank you for the wonderful service! We will be back

This place has excellent coffee! Better than Starbucks or Peet's. My eggs Benedict is good but I don't really care for their hash brown. On the receipt it says Arts Boulevard Cafe, maybe an owner or name change? Anyway, it's a nice small cafe tucked away from the main tourist part of Glendale. Nice
A solid 3.5 star restaurant. Came here with the family before visiting the LA zoo. We ordered the cobb salad with tuna, crab omelet and buttermilk pancakes. Imitation crab was used in the omelet, which was disappointing especially given the high price point of the omelet. My husband and kids seemed to enjoy their meals. Service, while polite, was extremely slow (only one waitstaff during lunchtime).
Ordered food delivery from here once and it was delicious so my boyfriend and I wanted to check it out in person! This place has a very local neighborhood diner vibe with some nice outside seating (but it's very limited). We got the ranchero breakfast burrito and crabmeat omelette. Both were fantastic! Super big portions, beautiful presentation, and tasty ingredients. No ingredients were lacking which was amazing because usually restaurants will skimp on meat or avocado. When we entered, a staff member walked past without acknowledging us but eventually someone sat us a minute later. And my omelette was supposed to come with toast but it never came. We also ordered a chai latte and iced coffee which were kind of bland and watery but the food is so good that we overlooked these other minor things. They also have a small parking lot in the back but there's also plenty of good street parking if it's full.
